Step 3: Personal Training Intro

We will book in your initial one-to-one sessions to help you learn the basics and kick start your journey with your own dedicated Personal Trainer.

How much is the 30 Day Trial?

The 30 Day Personal Training Trial is £99, which includes:
Two 121 Personal Training Sessions
30 Days of Unlimited Group Training
1 Personal Nutrition Plan

How much are memberships?

After the 30 Day Trial we look at what would be the best membership for you, based on your experience, wants & needs. Our memberships range from £69 up to £149, depending on how often you wish to train.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No! Our members consist of all ages and fitness levels.
Everyone starts with the same feelings, we all started somewhere and understand exactly how you feel. 
We’ll start you from your current level and individualize your workouts so you can take it at a pace that works for you.

 

What if I have injuries?

No problem. We start with a Full Health Evaluation, and our team is highly experienced in creating programmes that will work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions. We also have a resident physiotherapist on the team should we need to refer you.
